Ms. Judy’s Chocolate Chess Pie

YIELDS: Two Regular Pie Shells, unbaked

PREP TIME: 10 mins

COOK TIME: 1 hour

 

INGREDIENTS

3 cups Sugar

1 stick, melted Butter (4 oz)(113.4 grams)

Salted or Unsalted will work

6 tablespoons Cocoa Powder

4 large Eggs

1 can Evaporated Milk (12 Fl oz)

2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

2 unbaked Pie shells

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and cocoa powder together, and stir until the cocoa powder is mixed in

Add the melted butter, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla.

Mix until combined.

Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
