These creamy Jalapeño Popper Wontons combine the rich flavors of cream cheese, cheddar, and parmesan with the spicy kick of jalapeños, then are fried in a crispy wonton shell. Perfect for parties or game day, it's easy to prepare and sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
2 (8 oz blocks) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
4-6 fresh Jalapenos, chopped into small pieces (You can cook these in a skillet to add a little extra flavor before adding them to the rest of the ingredients)
1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Kosher Salt, to taste
1 package of small Wonton Wrappers (you will need approximately 45 wrappers)
Directions
Heat oil to 350° F.
Chop jalapeños into small pieces. (If you want to elevate this dish, sauté the jalapeños in a pan until they are tender before adding them to the other ingredients.)
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray or brush each wonton wrapper with a little water. Place a small teaspoon size amount of the filling in each wonton wrapper. Close the wonton wrapper from each side and press to seal all the edges. Refer to the video for instructions.
Fry until golden brown.
Remove the wontons from the oil when golden brown and place them on a paper towel lined plate.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. I like Duck Sauce or Pepper Relish but the options are endless.
