Why do I love this machine?
It is great with mixing bread doughs and reaching the window pane very effectively, and it handles a lot of dough at once. I typically make 3 two-pound loaves at one time without any issues. You can mix more if you choose to, but that works well for me. So far I have made sandwich bread, cinnamon rolls, pizza dough, whipped cream, and cookies. I am LOVING this mixer.💕

Candy Melts for Dipping Chocolates
I am a huge fan of using real chocolate for many applications, but I also enjoy using candy melts for some of my applications. I get them from Stover & Company. I typically order during the cooler months so that I don't have to pay for extra packaging to keep the chocolate from melting. It is always cheaper to buy the 5-pound bags and even the 25-pound boxes.

I love these ready-to-use fillings. They are convenient, and they work well for Pop-Tarts, Apple Jacks, and other similar treats. My favorites are apple, raspberry, blueberry, pineapple, and apricot.
