Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 TBSP Basil Blend
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1TBSP fresh ginger
Directions:
- Peel ginger and mix
- Place into food processor with all other dry ingredients and vinegar.
- Puree for 2 minutes
- Slowly add oil
- Puree until thick
- Add hot water until dressing is smooth
- Chill for several ours
- Will last 4 weeks in refrigerator, may need to be pulsed in food processor prior to use during the 4 weeks.
