Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Basil Blend
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1TBSP fresh ginger

Directions:

  • Peel ginger and mix
  • Place into food processor with all other dry ingredients and vinegar. 
  • Puree for 2 minutes
  • Slowly add oil
  • Puree until thick
  • Add hot water until dressing is smooth
  • Chill for several ours 
  • Will last 4 weeks in refrigerator, may need to be pulsed in food processor prior to use during the 4 weeks.
