Homemade Cheese Wiz

Servings: 6-8 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 Lb processed cheese, cut into small pieces
- 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 4 TBSP butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 dash hot sauce, optional
Directions:
Place evaporated milk, butter and pieces of processed cheese in a pot on medium heat. Once melted add salt, mustard powder and hot sauce.
You could also put all the ingredients in a small crock pot and place on low or medium heat until melted. Would be great to add seasoned taco meat and salsa and serve as a dip.
