Basil Chicken Salad

Looking for a healthy but tasty meal? Look no further with this delicious basil chicken salad that is full of nutrients & flavor.
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
4-8 Chicken Tenderloins or 2-3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (depending on size)
1 -2 TBSP Olive Oil (or oil of your choice)
Basil Blend Seasoning
Lettuce/Greens of your choice. (I prefer Romaine and Baby Spinach)
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Cheese (your choice)
Optional Toppings:
Boiled Eggs
Raisins
Croutons
Onions
Any of your favorite salad toppings
Directions:
Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
Sprinkle Basil Blend seasoning on the chicken, covering well.
Add oil in the heated pan. Add Chicken and cook until done. (Tenderloin 3-4 min per side or 4-6 minutes per side for chicken breast)
Once done set to the side and assemble your salad with your choice of toppings
Add the cooked chicken
Serve with your favorite dressing
*I also like to sprinkle the Basil Blend on the top of my salad to add additional flavor.
