Cinnamon Honey Butter

Cinnamon Honey Butter

Yields: 1 1/2 - 2 cups

Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted Butter, room temperature 

1/2 - 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar

2 tablespoons Honey

1-2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt (If using Salted butter, only use 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt)

 

Directions

In a bowl, combine the butter and powdered sugar and beat on medium-high until the powdered sugar is combined and the mixture is fluffy. 

Add in the Honey, Cinnamon, and Salt and mix until combined.

Best stored in the refrigerator.

Best served at room temperature.

Remove the cinnamon butter from the refrigerator about 1-2 hours before serving.
