
Yum Yum Sauce (Japanese White Sauce)

Yields: 1 and 1/2 cups

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Water
1 teaspoon Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon melted Butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Paprika
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Directions
1. Whisk all ingredients together
2. Place in the refrigerator overnight for best results. If you try to taste it as soon as it is made it will not taste the same.
