Ingredients

1 1/2 - 2 Lb Ground Beef or
Ground Turkey - 1 Large Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 3 tsp Asian Blend
- 2 TBSP Sesame Oil
- 2 TBSP Olive or Veg Oil
- 1 - 2 Lbs Cole Slaw Mix or sliced cabbage
- (I like more vegetables so I use 2 Lbs of Cole Slaw Mix)
- Green Onion, chopped
Directions
- Cook Ground Beef and Onion in cooking oil until brown
- In a bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, and Asian Blend together
- Pour liquid mixture on the ground beef
- Add Cabbage or Cole Slaw Mix
- Cook until Cabbage is tender, stirring as needed
- Top with chopped Green Onion when serving
- Enjoy
