Simple Taco Meat

Servings: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 1/2 TBSP Taco Blend
- 2 tsp cornstarch, optional
Directions:
Cook ground meat in a heated skillet. Once meat starts to brown all over add the Taco seasoning and stir. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the meat and stir. Pour in chicken stock and cook until almost all liquid is gone.
This meat is great as a base for many Mexican dishes and casseroles.
