This is an easy and delicious Chocolate Cookies and Cream Crust that works well for cheesecakes, pie, and other desserts

Ingredients

  • 26 Oreo Cookies or Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

  • 5 tablespoons Butter, melted (Unsalted or Salted

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and press into the bottom of your pan and use as a crust.

  2. I don’t usually bake the crust first, but if you want to, bake it at 350 for about 8 minutes and allow it to cool before adding your filling.
